Turret: Is someone there?

Ed: Oh Look! A robot! *picks up*

Edd: Ed be careful with that! It might be lethal.

Turret: Put me down!

Eddy: (Not paying attention) Hey announcer person, you're a girl right? Why don't you tell me how awesome I look with this gun.

GLaDOS: Federal Regulations require me not to lie at this portion of the test.

Edd: ....Eddy, do you see the weighted cube? I can't fi-...Oh dear.

Eddy: Nice going Sockhead, now how're we supposed to solve the test?

GLaDOS: You monster.

I know... yes a weird cross over between Ed Edd n' Eddy and portal... but I couldn't help myself.

Ed - His design was inspired both by his own real one in some ways by the tanktop From Portal 2. The striped shirt also came when I realized there might be a shirt under real portal jumpsuits. His Jacket and pants are edits of Chell's portal 1 outfit. The shoes are a combo of portal 1 and 2. His shirt has been portalifided and had Aperture Science's name and logo on it.

Edd (Double D) - His is almost entirely inspired by Chell's Portal 1 outfit. The bandage on his arm was taken from Portal 2 and inspired by the one he had on there during Dawn of the Eds. His shoes... well they're a combo of portal 1 and 2 like Ed's are. I didn't want him having bear feet so the shoes are now like sneakers. His hat has the Aperture Science logo, but not the name on it.

Eddy - There is no Portal 1 Involvment in his design. Only portal 2 was used to create his. He sleeps in a shirt kinda like that so why not?
His wallet holding thinggy has been embroidered with Aperture Science's name but not the logo.

So yeah... the background in some ways leans more towards Ed Edd n' Eddy, some more towards portal, and others a hybreed of the two.



I'm so happy this is done.

Though most of the stuff was drawn on my own (with tons and tons of references) here are some other stuff.

SIGNS - The Three signs I did not draw. I got them from google images

PORTAL - I used tutorial to get that thing. I don't have the link now.



THIS TOOK 17 HOURS O_O

Hehe this looks absolutely wonderful :) 17 hours well spent :D You portrayed each character perfectly within the description, especially with the emotions put into the picture and the dialogue in the description I can definitely say that this piece is amazing :D

Too bad the dialogue is no longer accurate to what I feel would happen to them in Aperture. But hey, back when I drew this picture, I didn't imagine developing a story around the concept of the Eds in there.

Answering "What do you feel would happen now" Is a very... very... veerryyy long response. @.@
Though this scene would no longer exist in my idea of them in Aperture at all. So now its just my reference for their outfits.
And C'mon, don't be down on yourself, keep practicing!
